So now the question is, when will this absolute disdain for property rights come to the United States, because, in short, that is all this argument is about.
That disdain arrived in earnest with the Supreme Court's decision in Kelo.
There a massive number of foreclosed homes sitting empty in this country. As the economy crumbles further, we will see squatters moving into those...it will give them a place to crash in between protests at state capitols.

Good point...but I would argue that Kilo was more about the use of government to improperly handle property disputes between a seller and buyer as opposed to having disdain for private property rights altogether.
