I agree. I tend to be drawn to true life stories. I thought all of the movies nominated for best pix were excellent, but each in their own way. It seems unfair to have them compete in a way

I feel Inception was an incredibly good movie and should have a different category.(a Category for Special effects maybe? ) Many people didn’t care for it.

After my first viewing I scratched my head.... hmmm... what the heck was that about. I got the general gist but it was a bit cloudy, shall we say?

After many more views so much fell into place & I found the genius of the extremely intricate story line & really appreciated all the special effects and the editing which were both astounding.

I now own the Blu Ray Disc (I recently was gifted for V day a new Vizio TV & Vizio Blu Ray)

Well bottom line for movies is the box office & later the DVD, BluRay, netflex etc sales. This is where people REALLY vote

My introduction to all of these movies will be the Oscar Show, since I haven’t seen any of them.
