It was funny. We saw "The King's English" (great movie but bad words), and at one point they showed Hitler making a speech (actual footage). Listening to him, it finally sunk in: He's Austrian! I can understand some German Deutsch, but Austrian Deutsch is almost as impenetrable as Suisse-Deutsch, and he was fairly "clearly" speaking in Austrian Deutsch.

All by way of your remark about things Viennese (Wiener). I hope I get to go back to Vienna sometime.
