I have. It's a duty for followers of Islam to lie, cheat, steal, deceive, kill, and take from non-believers. It's expected to sign treaties, contracts, and deeds, only to renig on them, as non believers are not a party to which such contracts can be enforced in Islam.

In war or conflict it's perfectly fine to declare surrender or defeat if the true purpose is to regroup and engage the enemy(non believers) at a future time.

The key to all this is that you can do anything you want at any time to any non-believers as commanded by their prophet and Koran.
