There shouldn't be any such thing as an "Illegal gun," only illegal usage.

Knowingly selling/possessing a stolen gun or any stolen property)? Already illegal. Selling a handgun to a minor? Already illegal (although I think that all gun sale decisions should be made by the business owner, not legislation).

Kid is probably an illegal alien. Federal criminal act. No action taken.
Kid used a pistol to kill another person. But he’s 16. He’ll get a pass.
All the laws on the books did nothing to stop him.
So we need more laws? To not stop this in the future?

What’s scary is that at 16 this kid is a killer and untouchable until he is a legal adult. Law abiding citizens need to be armed up to protect themselves from these feral humans and our leaders keep on piling on more restrictions on us.
