Who is your preference to run for President?
you forgot pro-homo
Palin is what she is by her own doing. She had too little experience and said too much, too soon, especially the controversy that ignited all the ridicule in 2008, her ill fated interview, with Couric. She simply, was poorly prepared or educated in politics. And the results are what we see today. Her popularity is going steadily down. And it is not even close to the level it must be at this stage of the game.
Sarah is old news.
Col. Allen West is the future.
You don't support her and she can't win. So why do you care?
Sorry, I must have forgoten about your “Divine” status.......
I love Allen West.
How many candidates did he throw his support behind and how many of them won?
I have no idea what you are talking about, but it doesn’t take ‘divinity’ to see your confusion...
I have no idea. Col. West is pretty new on the scene.
But I do know that Sarah helped put John McCain over the top, something I resent her for.
I see the resentment. It is dripping.
So she had no impact in the last election? If she can’t win, while all of the hate for this woman? No one seems to want to answer this. Very puzzling indeed.

They are not perfect, but they represent a clean slate and attract voters across the spectrum.
Who says I care?
Amen.
You're posting on this thread because you don't care?
“Who is your perfect candidate?”
Given that there is no such thing as a “perfect candidate,” I’d have to say the one that to my mind that has all the right views on things is.......ME.....too bad I won’t get on any ballots.......lololol
Those that accuse others of “worshiping,” or “putting on a pedistal” Sarah Palin (or any other candidate) are most often those that want a perfect 100% candidate that is not themself..... Even in this age of cloning, an impossible concept! LOLOLOLOL
Palin isn’t perfect, but I’ll take her 95% convergence with my views and call it good! (and heads and shoulders above Obama, Hillery, Mitt, Huck, McCain, Pawlenty, Daniels..... ad nausium....)
Yep.... thats what I said.... I’ll “settle” for Sarah’s 95%...... even though she’s not me!
DeMint would be absolutely skewered by the media for some of his socially conservative statements and positions. Ryan has absolutely no executive experience in anything, and as a Congressman, has had to be pushed by the incoming freshmen to actually deliver on their paltry $100B campaign promise.
You keep on trumping her as a candidate when her negatives keep on holding her back and will keep on holding her back for the rest of her short political career.
Palin is an asset to rally the base, or at least a part of the base.
Whether or not she is worthy of being the standard bearer as the next nominee is very uncertain and fading.
You see what you want to see. I respect and admire Sarah. I have rooted for her and defended her against countless liberal attacks here in CA. I saw her speak at a rally in 2008 in Carson, CA (she was awesome). My wife and I bought both of her books. She and I are ideologically congruent. I would vote for her in a heartbeat.
She was more than effective in 2009/10. She single handedly wounded Obamacare with a one perfect phrase: Death Panels. She has a Reaganesqe ability to boil things down in a way that’s understandable (see: 9/11 Mosque). Although I don’t like the idea of “king-makers”, she helped get a lot of candidates elected, including John McLame.
She’s gone a little bit Hollywood for my taste. Also, I do not trust the intelligence of the American electorate. Just two years ago they voted Barack Hussein Obama POTUS. American voters aren’t sophisticated enough to sort thru the noise and vote for Sarah.
So there is my Sarah position in a nutshell.
