Just a wild guess here, but I’d say the former President doesn’t know, know of, nor give a Texas damn about Ashton Kutcher.

I know, I kind of doubt Bush has any idea who Ashton Kutcher is. It was probably awkward for that reason, not because Ashton campaigned for John Kerry.
