My cousin told me about this:
Mix one package of brownie batter per directions
Dip Double Stufft Oreos in batter
place battered oreos in muffin pan cups
bake at 350 for 12 to 16 minutes
get a big glass of milk and say hello to your new best friend.

While I was out today I saw herds of Girl Scouts selling cookies and suddenly thought of this recipe with their Thin Mint style cookies replacing the Oreos. That could rock.

Another good variation for boxed brownie mix is to mix according to the package....put 1/2 of the batter in the baking pan....place hershy’s milk chocolate bar so that it covers the entire layer.....then top with the remaining batter....cook according to the package.

Chocolate lovers delight....

Speaking of Oreos, have you tried Oreo truffles? You need a food processor. Put an entire package of Oreos in the processor and process the heck out of them until they’re very, very fine. Then, add 8 oz. softened cream cheese. Cut it into chunks and add one at a time until everything is completely incorporated. Shape into small balls and freeze for a couple of hours. When the truffles are very firm, dip them in chocolate — white or otherwise. These are incredible. I wish I had never found out about them! LOL

Favorite Thin Mint Recipe

Fat Man’s Misery

9 oz pkg Nabisco Chocolate Wafers, crushed (I use Thin Mints)
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
1 egg (Use pasteurized egg product equivalent to 1 egg)
Few drops almond flavoring
1/2 pint whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans

Line a pie pan with wafer crumbs. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs and cream again. Add almond flavoring. Spread this on the crumbs. Whip cream with sugar; add vanilla extract, then pecans. Fold until well blended. Spread over first mixture. Cover with more crushed wafers. Let stand in refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours.

I’ve done this with oreo cookies and peanut butter cups and they are great! I started doing it with brownies in cupcake cups to get a variety of different brownies without the flavors blending. I’ve been wanting to try them with mint cookies too. Keebler makes a version of the cookie called grasshoppers. They taste great refrigerated or frozen too..
