A slew of possible 2012 Republican presidential candidates including former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum, Minnesota Rep. Michele Bachmann and businessman Donald Trump took the stage at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) on Thursday, and all took jabs at President Barack Obama.

Trump... Gingrich... ugh...

I’m growing more convinced by the day the GOP just isn’t going to put up much of a fight for the White House this go-round. Looks like a takeover of the Senate seems to be its top goal.

I think you’re right. The GOP establishment really wants to lose this round so the path is clear for Jeb in 2016.

Our only hope is Governor Palin and the Tea Party patriots, who have proven they can win elections, big time.

IMHO.. We will be needing a strong Foreign Policy President, he can delegate the domestic and finical issues to the cabinet.
Right now that would be Gingrich, iI can live with his baggage
