Yes, but Tennessee has no income tax, very low property taxes and the sales tax can be deducted on fed returns.
This is actually good for savers...............AND it’s good because illegal immigrants actually pay taxes here because they have to purchase some things even when they are paid in cash. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
