Sexy rich girl Eliza Kruger not only bragged on Facebook about "MARK F--ING SANCHEZ" texting her after they flirted at a hip Manhattan nightclub on New Year's Eve -- she also took photos of a mussed-up bed in his boudoir as "proof" of their huddle just days later.
"We went back to his place in Jersey after dinner. He lives on a golf course. There was a big storm," Eliza told Deadspin.com, according to that website, which identified her only as E.K.

Um, yes Illegal, NY 18 is age of consent... I believe NJ as well.
I don't know about NY, but I looked up NJ before posting. The NJ age of consent is actually 16. There are some exceptions - if the adult is in a position of authority over the minor child, like a teacher or supervisor or coach, then it would be illegal.

No, because of jurisdictional issues.
Of course, depending on the circumstances, there can be Mann Act implications. But, those prosecutions are ridiculously rare, and usually are only brought when prostitution is alleged as well.
If he picked her up in CT, and took her across state lines without express approval of her parents in order to engage in sexual relations, it might be more problematic for him. But, that's not what - apparently - happened in this instance.
