Aha...now for my next “when do they...” question.

When do they start integrating RAM and BIOS onto a CPU? I’m thinking super duper high powered microcontroller.

Guess they just need to get the etching smaller....IBM is planning now for 14 nanometer I think...

Trying to remeber if that was in a note regarding a cooperative effort with ARM Holding PLC ( That is a company doing the smartphone chips.)....
