She could get extended probation,w/fines/court costs etc.
Remember the County Sheriff that stole 890 guns (all felonies) from the evidence locker? Straight probation and a fine of about 3% of the value of what he stole.
Felony conviction while on probation? She's not going to walk without some additional jail-time. Maybe they plead her down to a misdemeanor, but I would be surprised if she got sentenced to anything less than 6-months, if convicted. Of course, in LA, that could equate to less than 30-days because of overcrowding.
I would add the caveat that I'm presuming the state has a solid case. Given the players, that may very well be a faulty presumption.
