I have a TI engineer friend who goes to Shanghai. So I’m worried.

Well the spin off from AMD,...known as Global foundries is build a Fabrication facility in NY near IBM's East Fishkill facility.

They might be ahead slightly ahead of the TMSC Fab in Taiwan.

I think they are doing 28 nm chips...now or very soon.

But I am reverting to the geekish language now.
