That is a really ignorant thing to say, I have had bouts with it, and even freaked out the Dermatologist when I had a bad attack right in the freezing cold office.

It is related to autoimmune disease,and is not funny and nothing to joke about.

You and me both. Had this when I was a kid, and it was pretty bad. Gradually grew out of it, thank goodness; however, no doubt in my mind that it’s a real - and serious - affliction.
