You do realize that when a Constitutional Convention is convened, everything is on the table. They do not need to limit their changes to term limits... Think of it: 2nd amendment... increasing the number of judges on SCOTUS... immigration... taxation... etc etc etc. Do you really trust Government that much?

A state-called ConCon can only pass whatever measures can get the nod of 38 states. It’s unlikely that anything screaming liberal would get that many states.
