Strange. I was flipping too as I had no dog in the SB hunt. I ended at NBC and a documentary that followed Lisa Kudrow (”Frinds”) as she visited her ancestors home in Ilya, Byelorussia. There the town, which was predominately Jewish, was destroyed in one afternoon by the SS. The Jews were rounded up and shot one after another, including Kudrow’s grandmother, and then burned dead and alive in a pit. The village never really recovered. It was a dreadful reminder of what was, and I suppose of what could be. In any case, I won’t remember the Packers win for long, but I don’t think I will ever forget that program.
