Some Pittsburgh-area steelworkers are being warned that taking off to watch the Steelers in the Super Bowl could cause "severe disciplinary action."
The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports that U.S. Steel's Mon Valley Works has issued a notice to employees (below right) which states that missing work on Sunday or Monday without just cause will result in a Super Bowl-sized penalty.

You’re absolutely correct. Aslo perhaps they coule pipe it in as a radio/audio feed to those areas where a little noise distraction isn’t going to result in someone getting killed.
Sure, except that he is actually always president, for every minute of every day of his term-that he elected to run for. I don’t care that he watches the SB, but, your post seemed to be excusing his total approach to the job which would be ridiculed far and wide were he a conservative.
Most military personnel deployed in the hostile areas (and those who work with them) work seven days a week.
And Obie is (supposedly) the Commander-in-Chief.
Just sayin'.
And neither one of them can watch the Super Bowl?
