Mr. President, They tell us your time is over, they ridicule us when we quote you or use you as a reference. And of course, they’re right that your time is over, but they don’t comprehend that the way you loved America, the courage you showed in defending her and the principles that guided you are transcendent and timeless.
You are an ongoing blessing for your cherished nation.
I was able to vote FOR you twice, before and after that my votes have always been AGAINST some other candidate.
We miss you.

We've got a couple of snapshots of wifey and Nancy from a book signing at the Reagan Library some years ago. It's a great place to visit; we finally made the trek back into L.A. a few months ago to see the Air Force One exhibit, and of course RR's burial site.

I had an opportunity to see him speak in person when I was a teenager. It wasn't a momental engagement, just a campaign stop, but it meant a lot and means even more now as I look at the state of our nation.
