As long as they lived together before they married, I doubt they had just now discussed starting a family.Could it be that this is the first time he has had the opportunity to be " a ski bum"? --and he would have to do it at this time of the year.

Who knows!...but as long as they went together and lived together, it would seem strange they would split this quickly. Stranger things have happened.

She seems to have turned out OK...considering her background.

I wonder if this guy stayed married to her just long enough to get some alimony. You KNOW she “earns” (Yeah, rigth) more money than he does. What’s the law in NY?
