The pattern of light as the object hovers reminds me for all the world of the star trek cube spinning, not a true ball. I forget which episode.
If human in origin, this could be a fake supernatural signal to the jihadis. I’ve been inside the Dome of the Rock. Happened back in the ‘70’s. At the time I thought I might stay & live in Israel. After visiting the Wailing Wall, I met a young Arab boy who told me he could get me into the Dome for 5 American dollars. So I waited, and then I got in. The guide was giving a speech about how the dome’s builders received a “sign” during construction that pointed to Mecca as the true center of divine activity. I also saw the actual rock in the center of the dome. Massive yellow thing, with a rough, irregular hole running vertically through it’s center. The guide told us the hole was there because it is where Abraham ascended into Heaven, after having a meeting with other alleged holy men, including, I think, Mohammed, under the Rock.
Therefore, if someone were an extremely cynical purveyor of fake miracles as a way justify an all-out jihad against the West, how better to launch an Islamic WWIII than by staging a visit from a transcendent Abraham? If this theory is correct, I would further expect supernatural stories to emerge of spoken communication with Abraham green-lighting a new effort at world conquest. The transcripts of such communications should last about 25 seconds.
Or, maybe it’s just a prop from star trek that wandered off its course. Who knows. But if it is a “real fake,” four 3D-reconcilable videos is impressive. I will reserve judgment till those of a higher pay grade have spoken.
The guy who built the Shrine over the site probably heard pretty much what you heard, and my friend heard, and what others have said has been written ~ which is "THIS IS REALLY OLD" ~ and so it is.
If this was staged, like you, I believe it may have been done for the benefit of those brothers still somewhat skeptical of the Maddi's return if not just a simple hoax by some jokers.
If this wasn't staged then one might conclude that the Dome of the Rock might soon become a part of the foundation of some large object of yet unknown origin. ;)
