I've watched the video you provided here in this post about 7 times.

I've seen this type of "object" before and it appears almost exactly like what an out of focus star appears like, in real time, through a camera attatched to an optical telescope, but viewed on a computer screen. I would described it as a almost slow boiling orb or pulsating point of light, which seems almost alive or fluid.

With a camera, connected to an optical telescope, viewed through a computer screen it's very easy to "make" a star do this, by simply taking taking the star out of focus.

I'm not saying this is what is seen here, I am only saying this appears almost exactly like an out of focus star, viewed in the configuration I described above.

Yep, by zooming in to the max usually. You can even make out the matrix of the screen in the close up.
