Better than Al Gore’s. Phil is right about half the time, Gore hasn’t been right yet.

Well it is a scientific fact (at least in the algore vernacular) that if Phil sees his shadow there will be 42 days till spring.
If he doesn’t see his shadow, there will be 6 weeks of winter left.
Or something like that.
