Throughout history, older man - younger woman has been normal.
Unchangeable facts about biology come into play. Women stop being able to have kids much much younger than men.
If you want a lot of kids (which is what we’re kind of supposed to do), if you’re a woman, it’s good to be young, and start soon, if you’re a man, it’s just as good to wait and accumulate money, so the kids don’t starve, as long as you don’t wait too long.

Myself, I teach at the local university and don’t interact too much with the female students other than class related and will do my office hours in the open by the coffee shop. The reason is to protect the student and myself. It is also to keep myself from getting tempted especially by a good looking young girl !

However, If I was paying taxes to that school district I would be demanding that the prosecuting attorney seeks the

She was paid to “advise” other teachers on how to avoid affairs with students. So she committed fraud with public funds as well as molesting a minor. She should be forced to re-pay every cent of her salary for the entire length of employment with the school district.

Well, if this 30-something goes and makes a move on the 19 year old neighbor down the street, her dad would be running outside with a shotgun telling me to hit the road in no uncertain terms....and that's an adult.
While my current girlfriend is five years younger than I am, only two who I have dated previously have been younger. All the rest were older, usually by a couple of years, although one was 10 years older. I prefer those with their heads on straight. I guess that makes me wierd. I have no regrets.

Is that possible switched around? No. Biologically impossible.
I’m not talking about laws. Those laws are in place to keep extremely normal behavior, but behavior that society doesn’t want to see, from taking place.
