Austin, TX is a great city, however U of TX is there and the city is run by libs. Dallas (Plano and Frisco come to mind) is prairie land (flat) and practically treeless and 100+ temps in the summer (no rain for months).

Austin is nice to visit ... buncha loonies, though. Austin is Texas’s Berkeley — where we ship all the crazy people so they don’t pollute the rest of the State.
