My first wife had 2 Italian uncles that died in their late 80s, still living together in the house they grew up in.

They had their mom’s dress hanging on a door and kept a chair for her at the dinner table.

Did you find out about the uncles before or after you married her?

My brothers are in their late thirties and live together in the same house. Of course, they’re twins, so they’ve been occupying the same living space most of the time since they were conceived. One’s wife and stepdaughter live there as well.
