I’ve been thinking about doing Peak 8.
What has been your experience?
I’m just in the beginning of it (past month or so)....I think it’s working...but, we just came thru the holidays and I indulged this year more than usual. In a few months I’ll know better. I do like it...it’s a nice change. I hate gyms anyway, and have power walked for the past 20 years....so...this is similar....just that in my neighborhood they probably refer to me as that “weird walking lady” because I pump my arms like I’m boxing a lot (I don’t run, I racewalk)..while I’m walking....I’m also trying to do resistance exercises (pushups, sit ups, etc)
