I have my original BC. I try to keep it safe. It has raised seal, dated my day of birth, time, mom and dad named, county, state, and location of birth, etc. Never has been not considered valid. Though I would think the rules vary from state to state.

Why no Obama eligibility grand jury?
Good question. People, in power, are scared? I just threw that out, for I do not know this is a fact. Your question is valid....imho

I only have a short form. I think my original is at my parents’ house somewhere. I haven’t seen it in decades. My short form, which has even less info than a Hawaii short form has been good enough for all legal purposes: passports, licenses, mortgages, et cetera.

I don’t know what there is to be scared of. An investigation by a grand jury is simply looking into an issue, it is not a trial. Hundreds of people have sued Obama for release of records and they weren’t scared.
Why not one single prosecuting attorney in the entire nation convening a grand jury?
