You are still using, then. You need to get to a Nuts Anonymous Meeting (suggested you do 90 meetings in 90 days), get a sponsor, and work the steps!

Step 1: We admitted we were powerless over legumes -- salted, honeyroast, lightly salted, candied or cajun -- and that our lives had become NUTTY.

LOL - I was addicted to cashews and weened myself off them by switching to pistachios...
