The article author is mistaken if he thinks that repealing the 2nd amendment will take away the right to keep and bear arms. The constitution doesn't grant rights, it simply enumerated what the government can and, in the case of the BOR, can't do. Even without the 2nd amendment the right to keep and bear arms would still exist. It existed in all men before the constitution and will exist no matter what happens to the USA.
