“Red Eye Radio” and he’s at least moderate, maybe conservative on some issues. 1-5 am Eastern

Ditto that. I believe it was on RER that I first heard the author of "The Closing of the Muslim Mind" -- on my must-read list.

But his guest host on weekends is a bozo. He had jack kervorkian on once.

also, while Doug McIntyre is probably one of the sharpest people around, his audience, apparently owing to the time slot, not so much. Seems like the Coast to Coast crowd feels right at home there.
