From what I hear from relatives who live in Hawaii, Abercrombie is a windbag blowhard, a smarmy little man with little common sense. He’s a career politician, and he likes attention.
This time, he got it, and he’s made a fool of himself.
FWIW, it’s fairly well documented that he and his brother were, indeed, acquaintances of Obama Sr. when he was in college in Hawaii in the early 1960s.
However, there is no proof or indication whatsoever that he ever even met Stanley Ann Dunham or that she was even in Hawaii prior to 1962, although her parents were.
It sounds to me like he tried to insinuate himself into Barry0s good graces and made a big mess of it.
Hawaiians remember him driving his yellow cab around Honolulu. The guy couldn’t have made a decent cabbie much less a governor. Incompetents are taking over the uneducated masses.
I believe Abercrombie drinks the Obama Kool-Aid. He was going to prove once and for all that his hero was legit. He never thought it through, has no idea of the law - he just wanted to do it for the shyster, and make his hero proud of him.
Sorry Rush, there aren’t any head fakes, and Abercrombie is every bit as stupid, naive, and vainglorious as he has shown himself to be.
