That’s Beretta’s current hunting gun, 3.5” chamber, totally weatherproof, stainless and man-made materials throughout, advertised as self-cleaning which is close to truth, and a heavy spring and bleedoff valve so it can shoot the heaviest goose loads one day and the lightest target loads the next, which no other semiauto can really do. The $1000 - 1500 prices you see on Gunbroker.com are little more than cost of production, the thing is a loss-leader product. Beretta makes its money on fancy over/under skeet and sporting-clay guns costing substantially more than that.

browning BPS, Rem 870 and Moss 500........call it the holy trinity........The Browning is just in case I get a family of geese invading the yard!!!!
One more thing. The Mossbergs come drilled and tapped from the factory for optics, iron sights, etc. Remington doesn’t.
