Is Lactobacillus the one he is trying to replace here?
I know i have some I bought from my chiropractor and had to keep it refrigerated and everything.
IS this also the type that is in the ‘enhanced’ yogurt?
Apparently not just lactobacillus, or you could take a whole bunch of the capsules. There are probably some bacteria that actually hold the C diff in check. Lots of us are walking around with C diff in small numbers and they won’t take over in the well-populated gut.
