Oh, yeah! “Silent Movie! Loved it, and still love it! As I said, I’ve got to watch them again.
I’ve enjoyed “The Rutles”...especially since I was a huge Beatles fan when I was prepubescent, which is just a way of saying that I’m not older than dirt yet. ;o)
I was very fortunate to see the original casting of “Spamalot” in London at the Palace Theatre. They had a touring company in the USA. Were you able to see it?
If not, just imagine a live company doing a MUSICAL of “The Holy Grail”.
“Bring out your dead”
“Bring out your dead”
“I’m not dead, yet.” lol
“T’is a flesh wound.” lol
And some of the best music written for a play...not to mention the script. It was a tad different from the movie, but they still had cow throwing. lol
I have the T-shirt that says “Fetchez la vache!” with tossed cows.
One of the very best evenings of my life!
Hubby and I have been watching four to six movies a week, every week, for about 38 years now. Even more when we’re on vacation.
We eject leftist trash that occasionally sneaks through our vetting process, and we buy the ones we want to watch again. The last movies we bought were “UP,” “Media Matters,” “Warlords,” and “Suck.”
We don’t have cable, satellite, or antenna reception, so if we want to watch a TV show, we buy it. We’re watching “Paladin,” “Stargate SG-1,” “Deep Space 9,” “Doctor Who,” “House,” and “The Middleman.” We’re waiting for “True Blood” and the last season of “Heroes” right now.
We do love the movies.
