Cops should have stayed home that day. Didn’t do much “protecting the public.”

I guess they “felt that their life was in danger.”

Whenever you encounter a cop: MAKE SURE HE FEELS SAFE.

When I was a kid, it was the job of the police to make the public feel safe. Somehow or other, that got turned around.

Yep times have definitely changed :-(
I mean serious how should this guy have reacted.
Just imagine someone breaks your door in the middle of the night. He just grapped the first “weapon” he can get and
was killed without any warning.

They also called you Sir or Ma'am. These days they expect to be called Sir. At least I make sure I address the officer that pulls me over as sir"
