I had to read quite a few posts to find any moonbattery (but I did find some). Most of them were common sense and reasonable (i.e. I like my car, so I’m going to pay the $5, etc). There were a couple advocating a decent mass transit system, which should be a goal of every city. There was an entire thread on how stupid we are for sending our dollars to countries that hate us to purchase oil when we have it right here and won’t use it.

My city has a decent mass transit system (bus lines and reasonably-priced taxi service), and a generous amount of bike paths. Doesn’t matter, they’re still pushing their “Modern Cable Car” and light rail, which cost way more than they’re worth. It doesn’t matter how much you give them, they always want more.
