Birds falling out of the sky, fish washing up on shore, 200 dead cows, volcanoes erupting, floods in Australia . . . let’s pass a carbon tax to put an end to it all.

Did they freeze to death? We were in Oklahoma for the recent cold snap, that was bad enough, I would have hated to be in Wisconsin.

..or gun control, or the Dream Act.

Wow, that is a nasty economic loss! I think $1000 per animal is not unreasonable, so this would be a $200,000 loss.

Nope, just a lack of our support of a totalitarian government to take care of everything.

We need to increase our forced donations to government to prevent these crisis from happening.

At the site, it is said that the owner was working with a veterinarian, and they likely had an infectious disease.

I'm just guessing that the Space Weirdness ping list will be interested in this because of all the other animal die-offs going on since Jan. 1, and the possible implication of near-space events as a possible cause.

Then it's the Andromeda Strain, because nothing, *nothing* biological kills off an entire herd at the same moment.

Did Sarah mentions cows (or even just animals)...(or just any living thing...) in any way recently on her site?

Wisconsin cows are just not used to cold winter weather (sarc)

the fact that they herd together to share their body warmth should clue us in that freezin’ is an unlikely reason

That’s an odd situation if all the 200 dead cows were found at the same time. That’s the way the headline reads. Most anyone with 200 cows would be checking on them at least once a day, and if they were dairy cows they’d be milking them twice (?) a day.

My family raised beef cattle. All drop at once? Sounds more like poisoning to me.
