Why coffee protects against diabetes

I have a friend who has problems with kidney stones. He emphasizes everything alkaline in his diet. As for me, I do not have a problem with kidney stones. We use RealSalt, and I do not skimp. RealSalt is from sea beds laid down eons ago. It does not have the contaminants in today’s sea salt and it is really loaded with trace minerals. Kosher available.

People need a minimum of 8 glases of water a day. Some may need 12 glasses. While good water is important, any water based liquid is effective in achieving minimum water intake.

We drink spring water from a natural, deep spring. Is is free flowing and available to us 24/7 365 days a year, even in extreme winter conditions.

ask at health store the best form to say it may not be the picolinate but the other one, now i can’t remember exactly

That’s interesting. I have done hundreds of arterial pH tests and they are in that narrow, narrow range. Consequently, I feel alert after dropping gluten. It was such an amazing difference I have not have so much as a taste of brownie in almost three years.
