Ivy League grad, Bush’s Director of Management & Budget, Washington insider, choice of the GOP elitists - I think I will pass on Mitch.

I just watched the 40-minute Mitch Daniels speech at CPAC. The GOP establishment has a new rock star. We can list the negatives on Daniels ... but I believe that he will catch on real fast and Pawlenty, Thune, Gingrich, Rudy, Barbour will find all the oxygen sucked out of the air by this guy as they go to IA and/or NH. I think he will do that well.

So that it becomes a 3-way race: Palin, Mitt, Daniels

He will become a real threat to knock Romney out the position of “establishment preferred candidate.” He seems well-suited for New Hampshire. I will be surprised if he skips Ames.

(I can also come up with negatives on Daniels that most pro-lifers are not aware of.)
