Actually, I find music to be the best medicine for me. People laugh but I have RA & some days I just feel really stiff, groggy & yuggy. I can turn on the old tunes, dance a bit & before long I feel much better. My neuro told me to keep moving & some days it’s the only way I can do it. I told my hubby that the music & old dances (twist, pony, Bristol stomp, etc.) trick my brain into thinking I’m young again. Maybe there’s some truth to that!
