She was “targeting” people to defeat so my guess is they were crosshairs which means absolutely nothing it’s just a saying and a map.. anybody in business targets their competition... you deal a blow to the competition, you want to defeat them etc. Just words and knowing the left they’ll try to wipe out the word targeting and call it the “T” word.
