I see all over the place that Ehrlich was GWB's science czar. That might come as a bit of a surprise to Mr. Marburger:

The downside of the Internet is that it makes it possible for falsehoods to be spread far, wide and fast.

But then the upside of the Internet is that it makes it possible to debunk those falsehoods with about two minutes of research.
