I have two questions.

1. just how much would all of that weigh, minus the pallets?

2. how do I go about getting my hands on that stack?

Let's assume that the paper used to make $100 notes is similar to copy paper (although I suspect it is much heavier--but then it is also probably thicker).

1 ream of paper --> 5 pounds
10 reams of paper --> 1 case
40 cases of paper --> one pallet
24 pallets of paper --> one truckload*

So if my math is correct (and it rarely is), one truckload of $100 notes = 48,000 pounds**
