Lol you silly. But you know, ern, she will take 3-4 hours getting To and fro. Rr ranch. Not a Fun afternoon with that much driving. Venice has many sights, beautiful and weird.

I was trying to direct her to the library, not all the way up to Santa Barbara; the ranch as I understand it isn't open to the public.

But if she did want to drive 3 hours, nearby Solvang would probably be a fun (but long) day trip.
