I hope Favre stays retired this year.

Can't think of a more hard-luck NFL team this year than the Minnesota Vikings. Biggest mistake they made this year was to give Brett Favre so much playing time and not enough bench time.
Even Gordie Howe wasn't this awful in his final playing years and he played into his 50s.

Me too..
Is his hand still puffed up and purple?
Has he passed a concussion test yet?
I’d say the Moss and Favre era is over for sure this time.. but who knows? The owner is ZyGy, after all..

The Vikings have such a great defense, who wouldn't want the architect of “no secondary” defense to be the leader of the entire team?

Notice how the Vikings can hire Frazier without interviewing anyone else. I guess the Rooney Rule only works one way.

Vikings decide to go with Frazier as coach. And Carla will be standing in for Diane.

Just once I’d like to see Wilf wait more than fifteen minutes before making a big decision.
Frazier had four chances to make statements in his six games in charge and lost three of them, all in embarrassing fashion.
Wilf wants $800 million of taxpayer money for a stadium and then he pulls this. It’s almost enough to make me root for the Packers.
Almost.

I think Jeff Fischer is about to step down for the Titans. We will know in 90 minutes. I’m not hijacking, I did think it relevant.
