Or just use bacon grease. Do you save your bacon grease? I do and use it for frying eggs and so on. More flavor than butter and healthier than margarine.
Yes, I do use bacon grease for frying eggs. No other way to eat them is there? But, I wouldn’t want my pie crust to taste of bacon. LOL
