My husband bought some Campbell's mushroom soup for a casserole at Thanksgiving. It was vile! I looked at the can, which proclaimed it was "99% Fat Free!"

Many times store brands are the exact same as the name brand with just a different label pasted on. I'm betting that's what happened to my Thanksgiving casserole. It tasted like tin can or something. Everyone hated it so I have it to the dogs. The dogs wouldn't touch it so it went to the garbage. Never again. The only canned soup I buy are maybe a couple cream of mushrooms and a couple beef broths in an entire year.

We don't usually make casseroles, but I wanted to try this one. It was so awful.

A few years ago we made a delicious broccoli and cheese casserole, but from scratch. We should try that one again.
