LOL! Do you believe everything you read? Why don’t you check with people who have real reactions to MSG. The same things happens every time I eat it, my heart goes crazy. Irregular and violent heart beats are not something to ignore.

“However, researchers have found no definitive evidence of a link between MSG and these symptoms. Researchers acknowledge, though, that a small percentage of people may have short-term reactions to MSG. Symptoms are usually mild and don’t require treatment. The only way to prevent a reaction is to avoid foods containing MSG”

Maybe the food is so yummy, people get excited.

MSG has a terrible effect on my digestive system. Can always tell when I get into it. Lot of deceptive labeling out there, so we have gotten to where we eat little prepackaged food.

Sea salt for me is “saltier” and I like it better and use less salt as a result. But I could see where different people have different taste reactions. And the canned soups without MSG are horrific. Don’t even bother trying them.
