Just add more salt. It is what I do. I have to have the iodine in the salt as I am hypo thyroid. I didn't even try that. It makes it taste right?

Yes, the sea salt "according to them" has lower sodium than regular salt. I just add more regular salt to my taste. I doctor most can soups, except tomato any way, at least add some pepper and parsley flakes, and frozen corn for the veggie soups. I prefer homemade though.
